Attracting and Retaining Top Talent Through Great Employer Branding

Quantum was a major sponsor and delivered the paper titled "Attracting and Retaining Top Talent Through Great Employer Branding" at the HR Summit in Melbourne, July 2010.

The paper is composed of two major issues, Employer Branding and the critical link to Talent Management. The paper depicts Quantum's Employer Branding/Reputation Model (page 9) and our Talent Management Model (page 27). The paper also includes short case studies from two of Quantum's clients, Nokia and Johnson & Johnson.
