Quantum has been in operation since 1992. In that time the organisation has undergone significant growth and change.

Quantum is now proud to be the survey provider for over 1000 satisfied and valued clients, whose collective operations span 30 countries, 16 different industry sectors and 20 languages.

A majority of these clients have been introduced to Quantum through the recommendations of existing clients. We consider this a testament to our ability to continually add value to their business and we are proud to have them as supporters of the Quantum brand.

Quantum has always striven to facilitate continuous improvement within our client organisations through the analysis and interpretation of employee and customer behaviour feedback. This aim has broadened significantly since the company’s inception 17 years ago. We now aspire to be the leading provider, analyst and interpreter of organisational effectiveness and behavioural research surveys throughout Australia and a major force in the international survey market.

We are confident that we can achieve this goal through our ongoing commitment to research, innovative thinking and exceptional customer service.

Quantum’s Principal Office is currently based in Kew, Victoria. Nationally we are represented by Senior Associates in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia. Internationally we have Senior Associates in Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States.
