Career Summary:

Des commenced his career as a Human Resources Co-ordinator with Bass Plc, the UK’s largest brewery group. He then joined their Belgium subsidiary, Alexis Lichine/Stella Artois. Nationally, he has worked for AMCOR as an Industrial Relations Manager and has subsequently held roles as General Manager, Human Resources with Bonlac Foods (now Fronterra) and TAC Insurance. He is an accredited MBTI trainer and has published and presented 92 articles and conference papers.

Des’s MBA thesis at Henley Business School focused on Organisational Change theories and their application in Australian Business. His doctoral thesis related to Employee Engagement theories and their application in Municipal Government.

 

 

Ian BycroftIan Bycroft

Role: Associate Director: National

Career Summary:

Ian began his career in the IT Division of Australia Post before joining Quantum in 1999. He has progressed from the position of Database Analyst to Senior Associate and is now the National Associate Director for the company.

Ian and his team have developed a range of summarised statistical products, continuous improvement and benchmarking systems to enable clients to easily interpret survey results and to manage their organisation’s performance.

Results from formal client survey evaluations confirm that Ian and his team are highly regarded for their client support, responsiveness, presentation of information and managing very complex issues when required.

 

Darsha Masindarsha

Role: Senior Associate: New South Wales

Career Summary:

Darsha Masin, is a registered psychologist with post graduate qualifications from the University of Sydney in Psychology, Employment Law, Industrial Relations and Coaching.

 

With over 20 years direct business experience, gained in Australia, New Zealand and Europe, Darsha has worked in the following industries: finance, consumer electronics, health and medical and manufacturing.

 

Darsha has held senior Human Resource roles with Sony Australia and New Zealand, Sony, Europe, Barclays Bank and ANZ. At the Executive table, Darsha had to manage many challenges and was successful as a result of her strategic, informed and thorough approach. She was instrumental in Sony being placed in the 2002 edition of The Best Companies to Work for in Australia.

 

Darsha has broad HR experience, with specialities in Leadership Development, People Development and Strategy. Darsha is now focused on what she does best, finding creative solutions to challenging people management problems and working with people to achieve their organisational and personal goals.

 

 

David RomanoDavid Romano

Role: Senior Associate: South Australia and National

Career Summary:

David has worked extensively in the finance sector and in varied senior roles including Training and Development, Quality Management, Project Management and Business Development. He is currently completing a Masters in Management with a focus on Human and Knowledge Management.

David’s strengths are in his ability to assess client needs accurately, to relate well at all levels and to provide feedback and facilitate employee survey results and action planning workshops.

 

 

Shelley MicaleShelley Micale

Role: Senior Associate: Western Australia

Career Summary:

Shelley has worked in managerial roles in the finance and industrial sectors, both locally and internationally. Shelly has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Change Management, Performance Management, Organisational Culture, Industrial Relations, Training Needs Analysis, Career Development and Succession Planning.

Shelley’s strengths are in her understanding of client information needs, preparation of detailed customised survey questionnaires and the presentation of summarised results.

 

 

Dr Michael Mitchell Mike Mitchell

Role: Senior Associate: United States

Career Summary:

Following a highly distinguished career in the United States Air Force, Mike moved to the private sector and became Chief Operating Officer for SabiOso, a software company providing services to the US Air Force and US Army. Mike has since become President and Chief Operating Officer for the Interactive School of Learning, LCC.

Mike represents Quantum due to his extensive human resource experience in command positions. Mike’s strengths are his ability to assess client needs, prepare programs for delivery and facilitate action planning workshops. Mike has authored numerous white papers and has also been published.

 

 

Anthony Ryan Anthony Ryan

Role: Organisational Behaviour Analyst

Qualifications:

Career Summary:

Anthony worked with the Department of Education and the Healthcare sector in a variety of Database Management roles before joining Quantum in 2006. He specialises in providing both quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey results. He is also involved in researching and developing issues of organisational behaviour. Anthony is part of Quantum’s Database Management team which receives highly positive feedback from regular client evaluations.

Career Summary:

Peter is a Senior Associate of Quantum and focuses on developing stronger organisations through strategic analysis and planning and effective strategy execution and the development of a resilient organisational culture.

Peter's background in strategic management, organisational development and quality management guides his approach to strategy as continuous corporate development, grounded in disciplined analysis and dialogue. Peter maintains ongoing research into contemporary approaches to strategic management and cultural development, as well as the key supporting disciplines of leading strategic change and project management.

These approaches have taken Peter into an array of organisations and industries, including Elders Limited, Shell Australia, Mercer Investment Consulting, Lipman Karas Lawyers, Korvest Manufacturing and Schaeffler Australia. Peter has also worked with the following public sector organisations: HomeStart Finance, TransAdelaide and the Department of Transport, Energy and Infrastructure.

 

 

Christian Wibisonochristian

Role: Programming Support and Database Analyst

Career Summary:

Christian commenced his employment with Quantum in 2009 and has taken over online programming duties for the practice. Christian also project manages Quantum's 'Locher' portfolio which includes over 50 Public Administration / Government Sector clients.

 

 

Nita Darmawannita

Role: Database Analyst

Qualifications:

Career Summary:

Nita commenced her employment with Quantum in 2009 and has performed database set-up and analysis work for some of Quantum's most complex and extensive projects such as Western Power, Greater Building Society, Toyota Tsusho and Australian Central / Savings and Loans.

 

 

Yihan Chongyihan

Role: Administration Co-ordinator

Qualifications:

Career Summary:

Yihan commenced her employment with Quantum in 2010 and has co-ordinated and provided administrative support for several survey projects including East Gippsland Shire Council, Horizon Power, E.W. Tipping Foundation and Jemena.

 

 

Melissa Santoso mel

Role: Administration Co-ordinator.

Qualifications:

  • B. Arts. (Visual Arts, History) (Deakin, 2006)

Career Summary:

Melissa joined Quantum in 2007. She coordinates administrative support services, training of administration staff and website maintenance within the practice.
