HR Summit Brisbane, October 2011

This will be Quantum's third year sponsoring and exhibiting at the HR Summit Brisbane.

We will be delivering a paper on Measuring and Managing Organisational Culture.

We also look forward to catching up with our Brisbane Clients.

Quantum will provide an electronic (Adobe pdf) set of graphical survey results for the overall organisation and for each Division / Department / Branch where there are an adequate number of responses to maintain the confidentiality of respondents.

Each Survey Results Module will present the results for the KPIs, Questions and Values in a graphical format along with the relevant industry benchmarks.

Comparative Demographic Result Modules will also be prepared for each demographic category so that Senior Management can view how performance varies by each Division, Job Role, etc.
